Smokey has very unusual curly fur. He also has no whiskers!!

He was found in a colony of cats being TNR'd, he is being worked with to try to tame, so far he is still not sure if he likes people but he does purr and seems to like being pet. He will need a quiet, calm environment to continue to get him    comfortable and safe.
