Stranger showed up at a fosters home, so of course she took him inside. Next a trip to the vet for neuter and shots.

Stranger had to be someone's pet at one time. He is so friendly and talks to you. Loves attention. Seems unsure of other cats but that may be because of being outside for so long. With time and patience Stranger will be the love you have been waiting for.
